NinoForge is a small, deliberate software studio. We work closely with founders, businesses and creators to design and build software that solves real problems — without the overhead, the bloat, or the guesswork.
I'm Himanshu Sharma, founder of NinoForge.
I'm a senior software engineer with over 12 years of experience designing, building and shipping software across startups, growing businesses and enterprise systems. NinoForge exists to bring that experience directly to founders, businesses and creators who need practical engineering — not agency overhead.
When you work with NinoForge, you work directly with me. No account managers, no junior handoffs, no telephone game between you and the person writing the code. I handle architecture, design decisions, implementation and delivery personally.
I believe in problem-first engineering — understanding what you're trying to achieve before writing a single line of code, and building the smallest useful thing that creates real value.
