Terms of Service

Notice: These terms are pending formal legal review. They describe our current platform rules and your responsibilities as a user.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NinoForge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person may not operate multiple accounts without disclosure.

3. Professional profiles

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.
  • Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity.
  • Do not include offensive, discriminatory or illegal content.
  • You control your profile visibility (public, unlisted or private).
  • NinoForge may remove profiles that violate these terms.

4. Job listings (employers)

  • All job listings must describe genuine, currently available positions.
  • Do not post fraudulent, misleading or discriminatory listings.
  • Compensation, hours and requirements must be stated accurately.
  • You must comply with applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction.
  • NinoForge does not guarantee candidate quality or availability.
  • Verified employer status indicates a completed identity review, not an endorsement of employment practices.

5. Applications (candidates)

  • Apply only for positions you are genuinely interested in and eligible for.
  • Do not submit bulk, automated or fraudulent applications.
  • Your application materials must be truthful.
  • NinoForge does not guarantee employment outcomes.

6. Contact inquiries

  • Contact inquiries require sender email verification.
  • Do not use the contact system for spam, harassment or solicitation.
  • Professionals may block senders and report abuse at any time.
  • NinoForge may limit or suspend contact privileges for abusive behaviour.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Scraping, automated data collection or reverse engineering
  • Impersonating another person or organisation
  • Distributing malware or harmful content
  • Circumventing security controls or rate limits
  • Harassment, discrimination or threats
  • Using the platform for illegal purposes
  • Creating fake profiles, jobs or applications

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create on NinoForge (profile text, project descriptions, cover messages). By making content public, you grant NinoForge a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform and in search engine results.

NinoForge's name, logo and platform design are our intellectual property.

9. Account termination

  • You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.
  • NinoForge may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon deletion, your profile data is removed immediately. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

10. Limitation of liability

NinoForge provides a platform for connecting candidates and employers. We do not:

  • Guarantee employment or hiring outcomes
  • Verify the accuracy of all user-provided information
  • Act as an employer, recruiter or employment agency
  • Provide legal, tax or immigration advice

NinoForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NinoForge operates. Disputes should first be addressed through hello@ninoforge.com.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
